Hi, my name is Todd Phillips. I grew up in the building and home improvement industry. I learned the most important lessons in building from my father when I worked side-by-side with him in his business. He taught me just how important it is to treat each customer like a cherished member of our family and understand their individual needs.
Throughout the years I've earned various professional certifications including:
- CGR (Certified Graduate Remodelor) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
- CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
- CEM (Certified Energy Manager) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE)
- HERS (Home Energy Rater) through RESNET

I'm a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a lifelong Hoosier. On the side I enjoy reverse glass painting and I love art. I am lucky to have a wonderful family, including my wife, our kids, and our dog, Sophie and our cats!
